About Tim & Gina

Tim & Gina Wessel have been married for 30 plus years and are pictured here with their 3 adult children; Devin, Livia and Kadin.

Gina became EXTREMELY PASSIONATE about all things parenting while pregnant with Devin, throwing herself into every opportunity to learn how to raise their kids to be warriors, not just nice kids.

At the same time, Tim was a youth pastor and spent alot of time in the brokenness, chaos and conflict of the teen years with families. He BECAME BURDENED to do something to help families prepare for the teen years instead of cleaning up messes after it was too late.

Years of being INTENTIONAL in the everyday rhythm of life in their own home and ministry was what lead them to develop the family roadmap in hopes to give young families a chance at successful parenting!

Now, they are ON A MISSION to empower young families to raise their kids to be leaders rather than followers and to live and leave a legacy while doing it!
